Respin LLC Sweepstakes & Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Respin LLC Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of locations where entry is permitted.
Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

To participate in the Giveaway, entrants must complete the following actions during the Giveaway Period:

Share the last slide to your Story and tag @Respin.
Tag your menopause bestie in the comments (because no one should navigate this alone!).

Bonus Entry: Follow @Respin for additional expert-backed menopause support and access to future exclusive giveaways.

3. Prize Details

Fifty (50) winners will be randomly selected to receive three (3) free months of Respin Health—a prize valued at $300. No cash alternative will be provided.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
Winners will be notified exclusively via Direct Message (DM) from the official @respin account.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their DM settings allow messages from Instagram accounts they do not follow.
Do not engage with any accounts claiming to represent Respin LLC unless they are verified as official.

5. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway closes at 11:59 PM EST on Monday, February 24, 2025. Entries received after the closing date/time will not be eligible.

6. General Terms

No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Giveaway.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, you agree to Instagram’s Terms of Use and acknowledge that your participation is at your sole risk.
Respin LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or disruptive behavior.
Respin LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

7. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Respin LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the Giveaway or the receipt/use of any prize.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Respin LLC’s Privacy Policy solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.

9. Agreement to Terms

By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
