Plus, a simple practice to put the concepts into action to restore and ground your energy. No pressure, no pretzel poses — just a safe, supportive space to explore.

Yoga 101, Part 2: Building Confidence

In this follow-up session, we’ll build on our foundation from Part 1 with an introduction to a central yoga framework that says the different facets of our being — body, breath, mind, wisdom, and joy — are always interacting with each other and influencing our well-being. We’ll explore this concept alongside another guided mini-practice that includes movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation – all with adaptable options.
